By using ExcelForm ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. Use of the Service

• ExcelForm is provided free of charge for personal and commercial use.
• You may use the Service to generate, fix, debug, and understand spreadsheet formulas.
• You are responsible for verifying that generated formulas work correctly in your spreadsheets before relying on them for critical decisions.
• You agree not to attempt to abuse, reverse-engineer, or overload the Service.

2. Accuracy disclaimer

ExcelForm uses AI to generate formulas. While we strive for accuracy, generated formulas may occasionally contain errors. Always test formulas before using them in production spreadsheets. We are not liable for errors, data loss, or financial loss resulting from the use of generated formulas.

3. Rate limits

Free use is limited to 10 queries per day. We reserve the right to change rate limits or pricing at any time.

4. Intellectual property

Formulas and content generated by the Service may be used freely by you. The ExcelForm interface, design, and code are our intellectual property.

5. Third-party services

The Service relies on Anthropic's Claude API. Availability of the Service depends on Anthropic's API availability. We are not responsible for downtime caused by third-party services.

6. Changes to terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
